My background combines a Master's in Advertising and Public Relations from Richmond American University in London with hands-on leadership across multi-campus organizations, international agencies, and regulated financial services environments.

At Flatirons Community Church, I served as the internal marketing lead for a 160,000+ subscriber digital audience, running campaigns across six campuses and nine ministry departments — each with its own audiences, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders. I grew an email list from zero to 21,000 subscribers, maintained 50%+ open rates, helped scale an SMS audience from 5,000 to 32,000 in a year, and contributed to YouTube channel growth from 35,000 to 65,000 subscribers.
